SHRIMP & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 slices white bread, crusts removed
1 lb. prepared shrimp (2 lbs. in shell)
1/2 lb. Old English cheese or mild or sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 pt. milk
3 whole eggs, beaten

Cut bread and cheese into bite-size pieces. Arrange shrimp, bread and cheese in layers. Cut shrimp in half lengthwise for top. Pour butter over layers. Beat eggs, add salt, mustard and milk and pour over casserole. May mix all this up the night before serving and refrigerate. Before serving, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 generously.
