SHRIMP AND CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
6 decrusted bread slices 1 lb. shrimp (ready to eat) 1/2 lb. Old English cheese 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 3 eggs, well beaten 1 pt. milk Break bread in pieces - break cheese in bite size pieces. Arrange shrimp, bread and cheese in layers in greased casserole and pour melted butter over mixture. Beat eggs, add mustard and salt - then add milk. Mix and pour over casserole. Refrigerate 3 hours, minimum or overnight covered. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour - covered. Line oven for spillage. |
