SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 small onion, chopped
Butter
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
Dash of salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) jar cheese whiz
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
2 c. cooked rice
3 c. cooked shrimp
Buttered bread crumbs

Saute celery and onion in a little butter. Combine with broccoli, salt, soup, cheese and water chestnuts. Fold in cooked rice and shrimp. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in a 2 quart casserole 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8. 3 cups cooked diced chicken can be used instead of shrimp.
