MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck steak
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic, med., peeled
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated processed American cheese
1 tsp. fat

Combine all ingredients except fat. Shape into 12 balls. Brown quickly in hot fat. Then add, with a little of the drippings, to Neapolitan Sauce 1/2 hour before sauce is done and continue cooking, uncovered 1/2 hour. Arrange on spaghetti.

This recipe could be doubled easily and probably should be, for the amount of Neapolitan Sauce that the recipe calls for.
