BEEF STEW, OVEN 
2 lb. beef stew meat, do not need to brown
1 pkg. frozen stew vegetables or cut up your own
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can cream of tomato soup, or mushroom
1/2 can water

Place meat on bottom of Dutch oven, cover with vegetables, seasonings, top with soup and water. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
