HAY STACKS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. Spanish peanuts
1 to 2 c. chow mein noodles

Heat chocolate chips in saucepan until melted over low heat, stirring frequently. Stir in peanuts and noodles, until evenly coated; remove from heat. Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm. About 3 dozen cookies.
