VAL'S BEST MEAT MARINADE EVER!! | |
1 London broil or other beef, chicken or pork MARINADE: 1 pkg. dry salad dressing mix (I like "Asian style") 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 large Ziploc bag Pour all marinade ingredients into the Ziploc bag. Seal and squeeze to mix. Open and add the meat, re-sealing and squeezing out as much air as possible. Turn several times to coat and place into the refrigerator to marinate for 4 to 6 hours, longer if you choose. Cook the meat on the barbecue and discard the remaining marinade.
