Chuck steak Meat tenderizer 1/4 c. oil 1 c. sliced onion 1 clove minced garlic 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt Dash of red pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. paprika 1 1/2 c. water Cut cup chuck steak (lay in refrigerator in unseasoned meat tenderizer). Brown meat in oil. Fry onion and garlic on low. Add brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, red pepper, mustard, ketchup, paprika and water. Let all simmer 2 hours. Add cornstarch at end to thicken. Serve with buttered noodles. |
