1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
48 milk chocolate kisses
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. plus 1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, cocoa and baking soda. Beat butter and peanut butter in a large bowl until creamy. Add 1/3 cup sugar and brown sugar. Beat until fluffy. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour mixture until just mixed. Shape heaping teaspoonfuls of dough into balls. Roll in remaining sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees. Press kiss into cookie immediately after removing from oven. Makes 48 cookies.
