1 c. + 2 tbsp. instant dry milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm water

Place warm water in a bowl. Add dry milk and mix well. Add sugar and mix until smooth. Mix ingredients in a bowl that has been placed in a pan of warm water. This amount can be used in place of 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
