EASY HERBED SCALLOPS 
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. scallops (if sea, cut in quarters)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Mix butter, parsley, onion, garlic and lemon juice. Place scallops in a shallow baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with the herb butter. Bake scallops in preheated 450°F oven 5-10 minutes or until scallops are firm and hot.
