EASY AND TASTY SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend soup, milk, salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions and sauce in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot top with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake about 1 hour. Remove cover; bake 15 minutes longer.
