EASY CREAMY POTATOES 
24 oz. bag potatoes O'Brien
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream with chives
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped green onion

Mix ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours in 2-quart casserole or 9x13 inch pan. Top with Cheddar cheese before baking.

OPTIONS: Any 2 combinations of creamed soups work (celery, mushroom, etc.)

Instead of covering with cheese, cover with corn flakes or potato chips and drizzle with melted butter.
