1 lb. sausage, hot, mild or sage 2 1/2 c. corn bread stuffing or crumble corn bread 2 1/2 c. bread crumbs or herb seasoning dressing 2 cans chicken broth 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tbsp. poultry season 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Brown sausage and drain. Cook onions, celery in butter until tender. Mix stuffing, salt and pepper. Stir in broth, celery, butter, onions and sausage. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
