WANDA'S BEEF 
1 onion, chopped
1-2 lb. hamburger
1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can Pillsbury buttermilk biscuit

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt

Brown meat and onion; drain off fat and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Put drained mushrooms on top of meat. Mix soup and sour cream; bring to a boil and pour over meat. Place biscuits on top. Spread topping mixture on top and sprinkle French fried onions over. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until nicely browned.
