BANANA PUDDING CAKE | |
1 or 2 sm. sm. ripe bananas 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. banana cream or vanilla pudding (4 serving size) 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/4 c. oil 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts Slice bananas into large mixer bowl, beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients. Blend; then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, pour into well greased and floured 10 inch tube pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes. Remove from pan, finish cooling on rack, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. NOTE: Cake can be baked in a 13 x 9 inch pan for 50 to 55 minutes. Serves 8-10. |
