LOBSTER BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cooked lobster meat, fresh or frozen, cut into bite sized pieces
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli pieces or chopped broccoli, cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Paprika (garnish)
Parsley sprigs (garnish)

Thaw lobster if frozen. Toss together lobster and broccoli. Blend cream cheese, butter, milk and garlic powder; add to lobster mixture. Toss lightly. Pour into 6 oiled ramekins. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and oil; sprinkle over ramekins. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Garnish with paprika and parsley sprigs. Makes 6 servings.
