BARBECUE BEEF BAKE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Pennsylvania Dutch egg bows egg noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Stir in tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and water; simmer 10 minutes.

In 3-quart casserole, combine noodles with sauce; top with cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbling. Makes about 6 servings.
