BAKED BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. raw stew meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
6 to 8 quartered raw potatoes
4 to 5 thick sliced carrots
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 can water

Place meat in bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat. Add potatoes and carrots. Mix together soups, water, and Kitchen Bouquet in bowl. Pour over meat and veggies in pan. Cover with foil tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for about 3 hours. Try not to peek under foil.
