BAKED BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, cubes
2 med. onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 med. potatoes, chopped
1 can green beans
1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. tomato juice

In 3 quart casserole dish. Put all ingredients. Cover tightly with foil and lid. Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees. Great for after church.
