PEANUT CHICKEN 
Debone chicken, cut against grain. Cut off fat.

MARINATE:

Soy sauce to turn chicken a light brown
Garlic, crush
Ginger, grate
Cornstarch to cover lightly

Coat with flour. Dip in egg. May dilute with water. Roll in crushed peanuts or almonds. Deep fry. Slice and serve. May fry without nuts, just use sauce.
