CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 slices tomatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese

Grease 10-inch pie plate. Brown beef and onion, drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth, about 15 seconds on high blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes longer until knife inserted comes out clean.
