SPANISH CABBAGE 
4 pork chops
12 oz. noodles
1 1/2 lb. cabbage, cut up
Salt and pepper to taste
Water

Debone pork chops. Cut meat into 1/2 inch cubes and brown. When browning, add bones for additional flavor, then remove and discard bones. Transfer meat to a large skillet or roasting pan. Add cabbage along with 1/2 cup water; you may have to add more water until cabbage is cooked.

Cook noodles according to directions. Add noodles to cabbage and pork mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat 15 to 20 minutes. Stir frequently to keep from sticking. Serves 4-6.
