STRAWBERRY FLUFF 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
3 pts. crushed strawberries
1 (13 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Crush vanilla wafers and spread in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch dish, reserving 2/3 cup. Cream egg white, vanilla, butter, and powdered sugar. Spread on top of wafers. Spread on crushed strawberries, then spread pecans and coconut, reserving 1/4 cup each. Spread Cool Whip. Mix reserved wafers, coconut, and pecans on top. This is better if made the day before it will be served.
