HOLIDAY CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 can cranberries (divide in half)
2 sm. pkgs. Jello (either strawberry, cherry or raspberry)
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3 c. sour cream
Nuts

Mix 1/2 can of cranberries with 1 cup of hot water to 1 package of Jello. Add nuts to this mixture. Put in about a 6x10 dish to chill until firm.

Cream Philadelphia Cream Cheese and sour cream. Spread on top of Jello mixture.

Mix second package of Jello with remaining cranberries and 1 cup hot water. Add more nuts. Pour on top of cream cheese. Chill until hard.

For presentation, cut into squares and place on top of Boston or red tip lettuce. Yield: 12 servings.

Optional: Fruit can be added to Jello mixture.
