HOLIDAY RIBBON RING 
2 pkgs. (4 serving size) strawberry Jello
2 pkgs. (4 serving size) lime Jello
5 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sour cream (or vanilla yogurt)

Dissolve strawberry Jello in 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Pour 1 1/2 cups into a 6 cup ring mold. Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes. Chill remaining Jello in a bowl, gradually blend in 1/3 cup sour cream and spoon over set Jello in mold. Chill until set but not firm. Repeat with lime flavor, remaining 2 1/2 cups hot water and the other 1/3 cup sour cream. Makes about 12 servings.
