CHOICE COMPANY CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts, skinned, boned & split
3 slices boiled ham, cut in half (4 oz.)
3 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half (4 oz.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. light cream or milk
Chopped parsley for garnish

Flatten chicken breast with the flat side of a knife and top each with 1/2 slice of cheese and then ham. Secure with a toothpick. In skillet brown chicken side down in butter and then stir in soup and cream. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Use parsley to garnish.
