EASY COOKED SNACK APPLES 
Great for a snack or healthy dessert!

1 small peeled apple
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. water

Cut the apple up into bite-size pieces. Add all ingredients together in a skillet pan. Stir together on medium heat about three minutes. Turn down on low heat until they start to soften. Put on a plate and eat up.
