2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. corn flakes
3/4 c. coconut or 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat egg whites with dash of salt until foaming; gradually add sugar; beat stiff. Fold in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove cookies immediately. (If they stick, remove to oven to soften). Makes 24.
