TACO SOUP 
1 lb. browned ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 garlic clove
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) bottle green chile salsa
2 (15 oz.) sm. red beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Combine ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve with corn chips, grated cheese and/or sour cream. Freeze very well.
