1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 1 (12 oz.) can corn beef 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.) 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. Thousand Island Dressing 2 tomatoes sliced 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs, may need more Layer kraut, crumble beef on top, add cheese. Mix mayonnaise and dressing together and add to cheese. Layer tomato slices. Melt butter and stir in crumbs. Put this on top of tomato slices. If using microwave cover with wax paper, cook on medium high for 15 minutes. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
