RUEBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) jar sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
1 lb. corned beef, cubed
2 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
2 lg. tomatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
6 slices rye bread, toasted & cubed

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Toast bread and spread with mustard, then cut into cubes and put 1/2 in bottom of pan. Mix kraut, mayonnaise and salad dressing together. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese and kraut mixture. Add tomatoes. Top with remaining bread cubes and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
