BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and cut into bite size 1 can cream of chicken soup, heated 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. slivered almonds Grape-Nuts To heated, undiluted soup, add mayonnaise, grated cheese and almonds. Layer broccoli with soup mixture. Top with Grape-Nuts. Heat in 300 to 325 degree oven until hot, about 20 minutes. May be assembled the day before but put Grape-Nuts on right before baking. |
