CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
1 orange, remove seeds, but leave skin
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped celery
2 chopped apples
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. red Jello

Mix Jello using only 2 1/4 cups hot water. Grind/process - cranberries and orange. Add sugar. Let stand 1 hour. Add nuts, celery, apples. When Jello cools, add fruit mix. Pour into dish and refrigerate.
