SAUTEED MUSHROOMS 
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and thickly sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt or seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in butter until tender. Add mushrooms; saute over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir lightly. Yield: 4 servings.
