ROASTED LEG OF LAMB 
1 leg of lamb (2 lb.)
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
2 lbs. very sm. potatoes
2 lbs. very sm. onions (pickle size)

Rub the leg of lamb with the garlic finely chopped. Spread on the butter and seasonings. Put it in a pot roast and roast it, basting occasionally with its own sauce. Serve it with the potatoes and onions baked in the same sauce. Serves 6.
