SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. (raw) sausage
1 chopped onion
1 grated apple
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
Salt & pepper

Soak the bread crumbs in the milk. Add eggs and blend well. Mix in beef and sausage, chopped onion and grated apple. Season with salt and pepper.

Form into small balls and brown in butter. Place the browned meatballs and the juices in a baking dish. Cover with mushroom soup mixed with milk. Cover dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
