SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 to 3 lbs. ground beef
Spices to taste such as salt, pepper, garlic, oregano
4 oz. sour cream

Season ground beef with seasonings of choice. Shape into meatballs and brown; saute onions and pepper in butter. Drain fat from meatballs, add meatballs to peppers and onions. Add soups with a little milk to mix the soup. Mix all ingredients well. Let simmer until all is hot. Stir in sour cream. Serve over rice, potatoes or noodles.
