SWEET & SOUR RED CABBAGE 
1 med. head red cabbage
2 med. apples
Oil for cooking
1 c. water
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp. honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Shred cabbage, discarding core. Peel, core and chop the apples. Heat wok over medium heat. Necklace with oil. Add cabbage and all remaining ingredients except salt and pepper. Mix well. Cook over lower heat and cook slowly, until cabbage is tender. Check seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add more vinegar if desired. Serve.
