SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE SALAD 
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. pimento or red pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, minced
3 tbsp. salad or cooking oil
1/3 c. vinegar
4 c. finely chopped cabbage

Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Drain before serving. Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
