GARLIC PEPPER STEAK 
1-1 1/2 lb. lean flank steak

MARINADE:

1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dried onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
Meat Tenderizer
2 tbsp. chopped green onions

Remove any fat from steak. Pierce with fork and sprinkle with tenderizer. Place in marinade for 2 hours. Drain. Broil 3-4 inches from heat, 3 minutes on each side for rare. Slice diagonally across the grain.
