MOM'S GARLIC STEAK 
Round steak
Flour
Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic salt, seasoning salt, whatever you want)
Water (to cover meat)
Onions (to your taste)
1 - 2 garlic cloves
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. sugar

Pound round steak and cut into servings. Flour with seasonings, brown steak, add water, onions and garlic cloves. Cook until tender (approximately 2 hours). Add tomato soup and sugar. Cook until blended (about 5 to 10 minutes). Serve with mashed potatoes. Use sauce as gravy.
