GARLIC ROUND STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
2 med. onions, sliced
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
8 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cans chicken broth or 3 tsp. chicken bouillon with 3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Flour meat and pound to 1/2 inch thickness. Brown meat in hot oil. Remove meat from skillet and add onions, parsley and garlic, saute until tender. Return meat and add remaining ingredients, cover and reduce heat, simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
