ORVILLE'S FISH AND POTATO
CHOWDER
 
1 lb. halibut or orange roughy
5 potatoes
1 onion, sliced
2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. water
3 tbsp. oil
Salt & pepper

Wash fish, cut into small pieces. Pare potatoes, cut into small pieces and boil 5 minutes. Add sliced onion and fish. Cook until fish is done, about 20 minutes. Add milk, water and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Heat. Serves 5 or 6.

NOTE: Can use 1 cup tomato pulp in place of 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk.
