AUNT EUNICE'S FRESH FRUIT PIE 
1 c. raw fresh fruit, apple, peach, blueberry or my favorite, huckleberry
1 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. plain flour
1 double pie crust, unbaked

Mix flour and sugar together, place 1 cup fruit in unbaked pie shell, sprinkle with flour and sugar mixture. Dot with butter and cover top with crust. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add spices to apples if you like. Aunt Eunice often made several at a time and froze them.
