FRESH FRUIT PIE 
1 double recipe pie crust
1 pt. strawberries
1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 sliced banana
2 kiwi fruits, sliced

Arrange fruit on pie crust and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Cover with glaze.

CLEAR ORANGE GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. water

Cook until thickens and comes to a boil. Boil one minute. Remove from heat add 1/2 teaspoon orange ring and 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind.
