DEWBERRY OR FRUIT CREAM PIE 
2 well-beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk or heavy cream
Dewberries or other fruit
2 pie shells, unbaked

TOPPING:

8 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. butter

Fill 2 pie shells with dewberries. Mix together the egg, sugar, flour, and evaporated milk and pour over berries. Mix the flour, sugar, and butter for topping until crumbly and put over pies. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees until top is light brown, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 1 large or 2 small pies.
