LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
Chopped onion, desired amount
Italian seasoning
2 cans tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 pkgs. Mozzarella, slices
1 pkg. Mozzarella, shredded
Parmesan cheese
9 lasagna noodles

Brown meats and drain. Add tomato sauce. Add onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes. May add a little water if sauce thickens too much. Cook noodles in boiling, salted water with 1 tablespoon oil to keep from sticking together. Mix eggs and cottage cheese together. In a 13 x 9 inch baking dish, layer 3 noodles, then 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, then 1 package of Mozzarella slices. Repeat layering twice, ending with shredded Mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
