CHICKEN WITH DUCK SAUCE 
2-3 lb. broilers, cut up
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
2 env. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot jam

Put chicken in an open roasting pan. Mix all other ingredients together and spread over the chicken. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Serves 4.

I have used center-cut pork chops with this sauce and it is real good, too.
