BUTTERMILK PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and flour. Then add melted butter and mix well. Then add buttermilk and flavoring and then pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees until custard is set.
